I’m supporting One Love Community Fridge.

Hey there! I will be running 13.1 miles April 26th fundraising for One Love Community Fridge!!! This organization is a beacon of hope! It has been so touching and inspiring to see how many people show up to support in a variety of ways like cleaning fridges, packing and distributing food to so many neighborhoods in NY! I will be pushing through every mile with the biggest smile and honor (I'm a terrible runner) because we are supporting something so powerful! For myself and a lot of my friends who work in hospitality, there is a love of sharing sweet moments around food and acts of service towards each other and others. In that spirit, please consider donating what you might spend on some drinks or a night out to this incredible organization and join us on race day and at future volunteer events!!! Anything and everything counts!!! Love you!

 

One Love works to eradicate hunger, food insecurity, malnutrition, and the stigma associated with all three, through an integrated, multi-generational, and inclusive movement that centers access to fresh foods, nutrition education, and sustainability.
