Hi everyone! I’m currently a first-year Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) student at SUNY Downstate, and I’m excited to be running the Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon to raise money for the Brooklyn Free Clinic!

The Brooklyn Free Clinic is a student-run organization dedicated to providing accessible, comprehensive healthcare to uninsured and underserved members of our community. Through free clinical services, preventative care, and health education, the clinic works to bridge gaps in healthcare and ensure that everyone has access to the care they deserve. As a future nurse, this mission is especially meaningful to me, and I’m proud to support an organization making a direct impact in the Brooklyn community.
