I’m very proud to run the Brooklyn Half Marathon for Team Understood again!

Understood is dedicated to supporting the 70 million people in the United States who have learning and thinking differences like dyslexia and ADHD.

As a coach, I’ve always believed that everyone has the ability to succeed when they’re given the right guidance and support.

Running 13.1 miles is a challenge, but it’s also an opportunity to raise awareness.

Every mile I run is for greater understanding, opportunity and support for those who need it.
