THE RACE
We like to joke that the weather in NYC this time of year is fit for penguins, but the truth is it’s also fit for runners of all levels. Snag a new PR or simply add another race to your list; either way, the Frozen Penguin in Riverside Park is calling your name Chilly Willy.
VIRTUAL OPTION
Virtual races have been around for a few years at least and come in all shapes and sizes. Largely though, they are designed so that you can do the race you want, when you want.
You can run or walk anywhere you want, including a treadmill. You can track your miles any way you want and with any device you want. For this race, you must run your race and submit your result during the month of February.
Once you've run, you'll submit your miles through our new Run This One results system which is accessible to registered runners via their dashboard. You can automatically sync via MapMyRun and Garmin Connect, or you can add runs manually of course.
