I’m supporting P.S. 8 - Emily Warren Roebling School.

I ran my first half marathon when I was 28 with little training, and completed under my time goal. I had no intention of running more long races, but when I found out the boys' school fundraises through the Brooklyn Half Marathon I thought how hard can this be? Fast forward 14 years, two kids, and a 9 year running hiatus after that first half marathon, and I'm learning this is pretty hard work. I would love your support to help raise money for PS 8. The money raised will go toward reduced classroom sizes, teaching assistants, literacy and math coaches, residencies, curriculum needs and so much more. Thank you!
