NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon 2025
I’m supporting Korean K9 Rescue.
I’ll be running the NYCRUNS Brooklyn Half Marathon on April 27, 2025, in honor of my friend, Aly, who lost her older sister, Sam, last October.
Sam was passionate about animal rescue. From April 2022 until her passing, she served as Korean K9 Rescue’s adoption coordinator, bringing warmth and dedication to every adoption. She made a lasting impact on everyone she met, both dogs and people.
In her memory, I’m raising funds for the organization she cared so deeply about. Donations will support Korean K9 Rescue’s work rescuing dogs in South Korea and NYC and placing them in loving homes. With Sam’s help, the organization has placed over 3,500 dogs into adoptive families.
