NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon 2025

I DON'T LOVE RUNNING BUT I LOVE BEING FROM NEW YORK! 

As such, I'm running the Brooklyn Half Marathon to support East New York Community Land Trust <3 and pay homage to my borough by hitting the physical streets, about 13.1 miles worth. 

Every dollar raised supports ENYCLT's efforts to reclaim land, fight slumlords, protect existing spaces and create new affordable spaces for locally-owned small businesses, provide financial education and housing counseling and protect environmentally sustainable land uses, like our green spaces. Their work is incredible, god's work if you will. 

If you've ever benefitted from being a part of New York, been held by a community here, fallen in love with a neighborhood or even a single city block, please consider giving back to preserve what we all love about this most special place.
