NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon 2026
I’m supporting Gabby's Wonderful World.
It is with both excitement and personal motivation that I am dedicating my running of the Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon to my remarkable former colleague, Gabby, who lives with a rare genetic disorder called Neutral Lipid Storage Disease with Myopathy (NLSD-M). Gabby is an incredible source of strength and inspiration in the workplace, and while she tackles the daily challenges of this disease, which severely impacts muscle function, I want to go the distance for her and the entire NLSD-M community. Every mile I cover will be a step toward raising critical funds for the Neutral Lipid Storage Disease with Myopathy Foundation, helping to advance essential research, increase awareness, and provide vital support for those affected. I am sincerely asking for any donation to help me reach my fundraising goal and offer Gabby, and others like her, the hope for a better tomorrow.
