NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon 2026
I’m supporting Korean K9 Rescue.
Anyone who knows me knows how much I love dogs - especially since I have one of my own. Every dog deserves safety, love, and the chance at a happy life. That’s why I’m fundraising for Korean K9 Rescue, an organization that rescues dogs from high-kill shelters and the puppy mill industry in South Korea, and helps them find homes while advocating for animal welfare reform. I don’t support puppy mills, and I stand behind the work being done to protect animals who can’t speak for themselves.
I wanted to run my first half marathon not just as a challenge, but to honour my body and everything it allows me to do. Training for this marathon has reminded me how grateful I am for my strength, my health, and my ability to move, push myself, and grow both mentally and physically. So why not run for something bigger than myself?
Please consider donating to help me reach my fundraising goal of $1000 by race day (April 26, 2026)! If you’re able to donate, I would be so grateful for your support. No amount is too small - every contribution counts <3
