Running has become a crucial part of my health and wellness, helping me build a deeper connection between my mind and body. To say the least, this practice guides me, pushes me, and reminds me to always choose perseverance. It is also my belief to empower youth to see their dreams as limitless, which is why I am proud to run in support of Hope Ignites NY. As someone who is rooted in community, I chose to run for this organization because every young person—no matter their background—deserves access to the support they need to reach their full potential.
