NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon 2026

Hi! This year, I am running the Brooklyn Half Marathon to fundraise for Brooklyn Defender Services' Critical Items Fund and systemic advocacy efforts. 

As most of you likely know, I am a public defense attorney with Brooklyn Defender Services in the Queens office. If you know me, you know that I love what I do. Representing our clients is much more of a passion project to me than it ever will be a job. 

To that end, the Critical Items Fund helps provide our clients with essential resources like transportation, clothing, and more. Systemic advocacy efforts refer to our ongoing policy, reform, and education initiatives. Both of which are invaluable to the Brooklyn and Queens communities that we serve. Any funds I raise will go directly to these causes.
