NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon 2026
I’m supporting The 52nd Street Project.
Hi my name is Christine Kurda and I will be participating in the Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon this year to raise money for The 52nd Street Project!
I came to know the project a couple of years ago and was instantly impressed by the work this organization does. They are a community-based arts organization that brings together kids from Hell's Kitchen with theater professionals. They build a mentoring relationship that exposes them to various art forms and allows them the opportunity to perform original theater free of charge to the general public. Not only does this organization foster creativity in the arts, but it also provides a space for community and further youth development (homework help, college prep, etc). I feel privileged to be able to raise funds for this wonderful organization - any donation will be helpful!
