I’m supporting Red Door Community.

Hi, I'm Thomas — a Seattle-born software developer and writer now living in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn.

I'm very proud to represent Red Door's mission of providing critical support to cancer patients and their communities as they navigate the frightening, isolating process of cancer treatment. Several of my mother's closest friends have passed away from cancer in the last decade. Most prominently for me was our family friend Carol, who left us in 2019 at the age of 58.

I'm running to celebrate ten years of living in New York City, and I'm running for Carol, and for my mother, and everyone who has lost friends to this disease.

I am so grateful for your support, and I look forward to raising awareness over the course of this journey. Please help me spread the word—and I'll see you on the track ~
