I’m supporting Cornelia Connelly Center.

After a running hiatus, I’m proud to be running and training for a half in the city that has become my home. What makes this race even more special is that I’m supporting the middle school that my best friend attended. Shout out to the community that poured so much into her that I’m now excited and honored to be fundraising for! 


Why CCC? 

CCC is a unique all-girls middle school that empowers girls from under-resourced backgrounds in the Lower East Side to reach their full potential. CCC doesn't just educate girls during their middle school years; they make a 13-year "walk with her" promise. CCC provides continuous academic, financial, and emotional support from 4th grade all the way through college graduation. The results speak for themselves: 100% of their students who choose to apply to college are accepted.

Whether your donation helps close the tuition gap or is part of the scholarships awarded for college, it will help bridge the critical funding gaps that make their mission possible.
