NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon 2026

I’m raising funds for Korean K9 Rescue to support Korean dogs, especially Jindos, on their journey to finding forever homes in New York. Many of these dogs travel thousands of miles to the U.S., and this effort helps them safely transition into loving families.

As a longtime animal rescue volunteer in both New York and San Francisco, I’ve learned so much through working with this incredible community. I’ve witnessed firsthand how Jindos—loyal, intelligent, and deeply affectionate—become extraordinary companions in the right homes.

This cause is especially meaningful to me, which is why I’ll be running the Brooklyn Half Marathon in April 2026 in support of Korean K9 Rescue. Every contribution helps give these amazing dogs the second chance they deserve—and helps more of them find the loving homes they’ve been waiting for.
