Hello everyone,

My name is Jamil Thomas, and I am originally from New York and North Carolina. Staying healthy and active has always been an important part of my life, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, I developed a passion for running that has remained with me ever since. I believe it is important for everyone to stay active as we strive to live long, healthy lives alongside our loved ones. This year, I am running a half marathon in support of Learning Disabilities Awareness Month, a cause that is very meaningful to me. Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed without facing discrimination or feeling isolated. Thank you all for your support, encouragement, and generosity.
