The Sunrise Association brings back the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings worldwide through free day camps, year-round programs, and in-hospital recreational activities.
Since 2006, Sunrise has provided memorable summers for children ages 3½–16, transforming months of isolation into experiences filled with friendship, laughter, and joy—a place where kids with cancer can just be kids. As day camps, children can continue their medical treatment while returning home each night to the comfort of their families.
With 14 camps across the United States and Israel, and partnerships with 85+ hospitals and medical centers, Sunrise reaches children wherever they are. Programs like SunriseVX and Sunrise on Wheels bring engaging activities to kids year-round, including those receiving treatment in pediatric oncology units.
Every Sunrise program is offered completely free of charge to families, made possible by the dedication and fundraising efforts of supporters like you.
