Sunrise Association brings the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings worldwide. We offer welcoming, inclusive day camps, year round programing, in-hospital recreational activities, all completely free of charge. In 2025, we reached over 69,000 children affected by pediatric cancer worldwide.
Sunrise has been bringing the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings for the last 20 years. Our largest and oldest camp on Long Island serves campers from all 5 boroughs of NYC all the way out through Montauk. Our camps each have a medical director and a fully equipped staff of nurses to keep children safe and healthy. It costs approximately $7,000 to send one child to camp for the summer, at NO COST to the family, which is why fundraisers like you are the reason we are able to provide free, safe, and fun summers for families facing a pediatric cancer diagnosis.
